Some Things that Might be Appealing... This is going to be a bit long, so you may want to go grab your favorite slippers before your begin. I'm a x-year-old retired engineer, which, for starters means, beyond all else, I am analytical! I tend toward casual shared-experiences, like a stroll through a park or casually meandering down the sidewalk of a small town, and dropping into a cafe for some knife-and-fork coffee. I am settled into a house that I purchased a couple of years ago, which I own free-and-clear, and all is pleasant, with the exception of the place being very empty, without a partner to share the space with. I am only x' x" tall, but am a solid pounds, and I do keep myself in shape, and tend to shun packaged foods in favor of assembling meals from fresh or frozen ingredients and, yes, I do read the "Ingredients" portion of packaged-food labels. I tend toward healthy cereals for breakfast during the week, and always enjoy French Toast or an omelet on the weekends, both of which are made with eggs from cage-free laying hens. I tend to tear spinach and lettuce for salads, rather than using a knife, and toss in fresh of frozen vegetables, and top it all with some olive oil and balsamic vinegar. I am proud of my efforts to care to the earth, on which I am only a guest, and try to treat it with the respect you would offer to a host. This is beginning to ramble, so I thinks now would be a good time to sign off, and leave you with a couple pictures to gaze at.
